Ani Lorak (Ukrainian Anі Lorak, real name Caroline Miroslavovna Kuek, Ukrainian. Karolіna Miroslavіvna Kuєk) was born September 27, 1978 in a small town in the north Kicman Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukrainian SSR.
