Martintried to save his friend. He took off his scarf and threw it to Den. Den seized the scarf and Martin took his friendout of the water. Fortunatelysomebody saw what had happened and called for help.When ambulancecar pulled up, the boy were on the bank of the lake. They stood there trembling with cold. Rescuerscovered the boys by blankets to warm them up and sent them to the hospital.
